If you’re reading this, something in your life might feel a bit out of sync. Maybe you’ve been trying so hard to keep up, but everything still feels heavier than it should. Your emotions have been louder lately, or hard to access all together, and you’re not sure how to navigate them on your own anymore. This is what living with ADHD and/or trauma can feel like for a lot of folks.
Many of my clients seek out help for ADHD, but through our work together we often uncover patterns rooted in early life experiences, chronic stress, and emotional neglect. In our work together, we look at things from two angles: what’s happening day-to-day, and what’s happening beneath the surface.
We can explore practical tools and strategies, while also understanding the patterns and experiences that shaped how you learned to move through the world.
Therapy here is grounded, collaborative, and paced. We stay curious together, check in often, and make room for both reflection and real-life change. You don’t need to have anything figured out before you arrive. Just a willingness to explore what’s going on inside and try small, meaningful shifts along the way.
